The defendant, Major Holmes, appeals from the judgment of the trial court revoking his probation and imposing a twenty month term of incarceration. On appeal, the defendant claims that the court improperly (1) denied his motion to dismiss count one of the state's long form information charging him with violations of probation1 and (2) found that there was sufficient evidence to establish such a violation...
