The Judicial Tenure Commission filed Formal Complaint No. 66 and an amended complaint. The Commission later reached an agreement with the respondent judge, the Honorable David M. Bradfield, under which he consented to the Commission's findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendation for discipline, as set forth below.
