The property valuation administrator (PVA) of Estill County, Tamara P. Dunaway, and the Estill County Board of Assessment Appeals (BAA) have appealed from an order of the Estill Circuit Court entered on October 20, 2000. In that order, the Estill Circuit Court affirmed a decision of the Kentucky Board of Tax Appeals, which reduced the PVA's assessment of certain real property owned by appellee, DLX, Inc.
