Plaintiffs, twenty-one former employees of Defendant Pirelli Armstrong Tire Corporation ("Pirelli" or "the company") or its predecessor in interest, Armstrong Rubber Company ("Armstrong"), appeal from the judgment dismissing their claims of breach of fiduciary duty arising under the Employment Retirement Income Security Act ("ERISA"), 29 U.S.C. § 1001-1461.
