OPINION

CATHERINE STONE, Justice.

K.R. appeals the trial court's order committing her to the Texas Youth Commission ("TYC"). In her sole point of error, K.R. contends that the trial court erred in overruling her motion for new trial because the evidence is factually insufficient to justify the commitment to TYC. We overrule K.R.'s contention and affirm the trial court's order.
