¶ 1. DYKMAN, J.

Ryan E.M. appeals from an order of the circuit court denying his motion to dismiss for failing to comply with the time requirement under WIS. STAT. § 51.20(7)(a) (1999-2000)2 and for lack of competency to proceed because documents had been filed in "probate" court rather than "juvenile court." We agree with Ryan that the requirement under § 51.20(7)(a) to hold a probable cause hearing within seventy-two hours...
