David Jones, Tony Ma, and Bob Rushing have been convicted of various offenses involving the immigration of two Chinese women into the United States. All three defendants were convicted of conspiring to violate 18 U.S.C. § 1546(a) by supplying false information in order to obtain visas for the women. Messrs. Jones and Ma were also convicted of harboring an illegal alien, a violation of 8 U.S.C. § 1324(a)(1)(A)(iii). Mr. Jones...
