Monsanto Company, Delta and Pine Land Company and D & M Partnership (Defendants), bring this interlocutory appeal from the trial court's certification of a class action brought by Mike Davis and others (Plaintiffs). Defendants claim in fourteen points that the court erred in determining that Plaintiffs' suit should be maintained as a class action.
