The husband, James P. Ward, appeals from the final divorce decree recommended by a Marital Master (Michael H. Garner, Esq.) and approved by the Superior Court (McGuire, J). The husband argues that the decree's requirement to pay (1) miscellaneous extracurricular expenses, (2) uninsured medical, dental and counseling expenses, and (3) private educational expenses is inconsistent with New Hampshire's statutory child support guidelines.
