OPINION
SILER, Circuit Judge.
Petitioner Wiley T. Nichols, Jr., a prisoner proceeding pro se, appeals the district court's judgment denying his motion for correction of sentence pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255. Because we find Nichols's motion time-barred, we affirm.
