This is an appeal from a dismissal for want of prosecution and a default judgment. The appellants, Texas Sting, Ltd. and Michael Konderla, filed a verified motion for new trial seeking to set aside the dismissal and the default judgment on the grounds that they had no notice of either the dismissal docket setting or the trial setting on appellee's, R.B.
