MIKELL, Judge.

Margarethia G. Ellis and her husband, Clarence Ellis, signed a contract for the sale of their home to William Brent Stanford and Angela Stanford. Shortly thereafter, Mr. Ellis sued Ms. Ellis for divorce. Ms. Ellis refused to close on the sales contract, and the Stanfords sued her for specific performance and attorney fees. The trial court granted the requested relief, and Ms. Ellis appeals. We affirm.
