The defendant, Rodney Glodgett, appeals his convictions following separate trials for five counts of felonious sexual assault, see RSA 632-A:3 (1996), and one count of attempted felonious sexual assault, see RSA 629:1 (1996); see also RSA 632-A:3, in Merrimack County Superior Court (Manias, J.), and three counts of felonious sexual assault in Hillsborough County Superior Court (Barry, J.).
