Turner for $28,500 damages for breach of contract for failing to close on the sale of Buster's Billiards, a pool hall in Camdenton, Missouri. Shalberg claims that any damages for the alleged breach of contract would be nominal, as the only evidence of the value of the business as a going concern is the contract price of $41,500...
