Milton Herring filed this action in magistrate's court asserting claims for revocation of acceptance, breach of warranty, violation of the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, and unfair trade practices against Home Depot, Inc., and Deere & Co. (Defendants), alleging a lawn mower he purchased was defective.
