Fujitsu has moved for a judgment as a matter of law ("JMOL") at the close of LinkCo's case, arguing that LinkCo failed to present sufficient evidence for a jury to find in its favor on any of the remaining three causes of action: (1) tortious interference with contract, (2) misappropriation of trade secret, and (3) unfair competition.1 The parties have fully briefed the issue...
