This is an appeal from two sentences of death obtained in the Circuit Court of Dallas County. Appellant, Kenneth H. Thompson, had been tried and convicted of two counts of first degree murder and sentenced to death on both counts. On appeal, this Court affirmed the findings of guilt as to both counts, but reversed the sentences of death and remanded for a new penalty phase trial.
