Jennifer Miederhoff contends on appeal that the trial court erred (1) in offsetting Patrick Miederhoff's non-conforming payments against his child support arrearages by holding enforceable an agreement under which he paid their son's college tuition and other expenses in lieu of delinquent child support; and (2) in limiting the accrual of interest on the child support arrearages.
