Introduction

In this case the plaintiff, Michael A. Frasca, seeks relief from an employment agreement with defendant, Shaker Square Chiropractic, Inc., containing non-compete and arbitration clauses. Chiropractic has filed a counterclaim to enforce an arbitration award against Frasca. The parties have consented to the jurisdiction of the magistrate judge.
