This is an appeal from a judgment entered in favor of the defendants following a jury trial. We uphold the district court's denial six weeks before trial of the plaintiff's motion to file an amended complaint adding additional causes of action against the defendant Petra, Inc., but we reverse the judgment in favor of the defendant Sundance Investments Limited Partnership because the district court erroneously instructed the jury regarding the plaintiff...
