The defendant, Tanaka Davis, appeals from the judgment of conviction, rendered after a jury trial, of burglary in the third degree in violation of General Statutes § 53a-103. The defendant claims that the court improperly admitted into evidence his written, uncorroborated statement containing confessions of uncharged misconduct that resulted in unfair prejudice to him.
