A jury found appellant Alton Walker Jones guilty of two counts of indecency with a child by contact and one count of indecency with a child by exposure. See Tex. Pen.Code Ann. § 21.11 (West Supp. 2003). The jury assessed punishment at imprisonment for five years for each count.
