The respondent father1 appeals from the judgment of the trial court terminating his parental rights with respect to his minor child, V. On appeal, the respondent claims (1) that the court improperly concluded that the department of children and families (department) had made reasonable efforts to reunite him with V and (2) that the evidence did not support the court's finding that termination was warranted...
