Defendant was convicted of two counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct, M.C.L. § 750.520b(1)(a) (sexual penetration of a person under the age of thirteen years), and one count of second-degree criminal sexual conduct, M.C.L. § 750.520c(1)(a) (sexual contact with a person under the age of thirteen years). He was sentenced to concurrent prison terms of eight to twenty years each for the first-degree CSC convictions and eight to fifteen years...
