OPINION

COATS, Chief Judge.

Robert E. Richardson was convicted of murder in the second degree and assault in the first degree for an incident where, after being warned not to drive, he drove while intoxicated. Richardson crossed the center line and struck another vehicle, killing two people and seriously injuring two others. Superior Court Judge Michael J. Wolverton sentenced Richardson to twenty-eight years of imprisonment with fifteen years suspended...
