In this dissolution case, the appellant-father appeared on a television interview and discussed the on-going custody dispute between him and respondent-mother. In the course of the interview, the names and pictures of the parties' children were broadcast with father's consent. Upon mother's subsequent motion, the district court enjoined the father from further publishing the names or images of the parties...
