PER CURIAM.
Robert John McKellips was charged with four counts of driving under the influence. After a preliminary hearing, McKellips filed a motion to suppress the results of the urine and blood tests that showed he had been smoking marijuana. In his motion, McKellips argued that both his consent to provide the samples and the actual collection of the samples occurred more than sixty minutes after his detention in violation of NRS 171.123...
