Hoffmann-La Roche, Inc. and Jim Webber appeal from a judgment in favor of Joan Zeltwanger based upon a jury verdict. The judgment awarded damages to Zeltwanger on her claims of sexual harassment and intentional infliction of emotional distress against both of the appellees. In her claim against Hoffmann-La Roche for sexual harassment, the trial court awarded her $347,036 for back pay, $500,000 in front pay, plus prejudgment...
