Judith Ewing appeals the circuit court's denial of her motion for a new trial. Ewing argues that a juror's nondisclosure regarding his son's involvement in an automobile accident requires a new trial. Because the question posed to the panel was not clear, there was no nondisclosure. We therefore affirm.
