Appellant Anthony Domingo appeals his conviction for failure to identify himself to a peace officer while under detention and while a fugitive from justice. He asserts as error that (1) evidence supporting his conviction was the fruit of a detention in violation of his Fourth Amendment rights, and (2) the State improperly argued to the jury by making personal attacks on defense counsel and by commenting on defendant's failure to testify.
