Appellant Arcadia Financial, Ltd. ("Arcadia") sued appellee Southwest-Tex Leasing Co., Inc. d/b/a Advantage Rent-A-Car ("Advantage") for conversion, tortious interference with existing contracts, and a declaratory judgment as to the nature and priority of Arcadia's security interests in four vehicles, to which Advantage claimed ownership.
