A jury convicted appellant, Ricardo Flores Mendoza, of aggravated sexual assault and set his punishment at sixty years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice-Institutional Division. Appellant's first three issues focus on the admission of State's Exhibit No. 4, the hammer used in the assault.
