Appellant Jeffrey M. Thompson was found guilty in magistrate's court of trapping beaver out of season pursuant to S.C.Code Ann. § 50-11-2540 (Supp.2001). The circuit court affirmed, and he appeals. We affirm.

FACTS

On March 11, 2001, appellant was discovered inspecting beaver traps which he had set on his mother's property. He was charged with trapping out of season. See § 50-11-2540. He had been issued a depredation...
