Kyle M. Hamilton appeals from the dismissal of his Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ("FDCPA"), 15 U.S.C. § 1692, et seq. (1997), claim against Healthcare Recoveries, Inc. ("HRI"), as well as from the district court's determination that it lacked diversity jurisdiction. He also appeals from the district court's refusal to allow him to amend his complaint. For the following reasons, we REVERSE in part, AFFIRM in part, and REMAND...
