PELANDER, J.

¶ 1 After a second trial, a jury found appellant Bryan Booker guilty of premeditated first-degree murder and drive-by shooting.1 The trial court sentenced him to concurrent terms of life imprisonment for the murder and 10.5 years for the drive-by shooting.
