Following a jury trial, Eugene A. Kemp was convicted of four counts of aggravated kidnapping, two counts of kidnapping, one count of attempted aggravated robbery, and one count of aggravated burglary. Kemp was sentenced to a controlling term of 1240 months' imprisonment. Kemp appeals his convictions, challenging the sufficiency of the evidence to support the elements of kidnapping and aggravated kidnapping and the adequacy of the foundation for the admission...
