Donald and Joan Kohler filed suit against Terry Bolinger, seeking to quiet title based upon a claim of adverse possession of land to which Mr. Bolinger held title. The trial court found that the Kohlers satisfied the elements necessary to prove their claim for adverse possession and declared them fee simple titleholders of the disputed land.
