Kevin T. Brogan ("Brogan") was an employee of Oakwood Homes Corporation ("Oakwood"). From November 1996 through May 1997, Brogan forged the signature of his supervisor on purchase orders and submitted those purchase orders to Oakwood's accounts payable department causing Oakwood to issue checks payable to vendors that had not actually supplied services to Oakwood.
