Donald Bradford Phelps's sentence ordered him to remain outside 4 Washington counties and provided for a seven year extension of the statute of limitations. Because he agreed to the sentence as part of a plea agreement, the invited error doctrine bars Phelps from challenging some parts of the sentence on appeal.
