LEHMAN, Chief Justice.

[¶ 1] Appellants Alan and Cheryl Hasvold appeal from the district court's order granting summary judgment in favor of appellees Carol Rosencranse and Park County School District No. 6. The effect of the district court's order was to uphold the validity of the appellees' easements over the Hasvolds' property. We conclude that there are genuine issues of material fact which preclude granting judgments in favor of the appellees at this point...
