In this § 2255 habeas action, Hitham Abuhouran (a/k/a Steve Houran), acting pro se, has raised five challenges to the 188-month sentence imposed upon him after he pled guilty in 1996 to, among other charges, four counts of money laundering and fifteen counts of bank fraud.
