In this criminal case, the government has filed a motion to continue the sentencing of the defendant in order to try the defendant on a charge that it had agreed to dismiss in its plea agreement. The defendant earlier unsuccessfully sought to withdraw her guilty plea, and based on that conduct, the government asserts that it is entitled to withdraw its promise to dismiss...
