Appellant, Michael Besch, was convicted of indecency with a child and sentenced to ten years confinement in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. Appellant brings three issues on appeal. Having found that the State breached a plea bargain agreement to remain silent on probation, we reverse.
