Joyce and Carlton Williams sued the Flintkote Company ("Flintkote"), GAF Corporation ("GAF"), and numerous other corporations for negligence, strict liability, and breach of warranty, alleging that Mrs. Williams suffered injury from exposure to asbestos-containing products sold or distributed by the defendants.
