The plaintiff, Michael Daubert, appeals from the decision of the workers' compensation review board (board) affirming the commissioner's decision to dismiss his claim for benefits due to injuries suffered in an accident while on patrol as a police officer. The plaintiff claims that the board improperly affirmed the commissioner's decision because the commissioner's findings established that the claim was compensable. We agree because...
