Thomas Bayshore was charged with possession of cocaine, obstruction of an officer, operating a motorcycle without a license and proof of insurance, and speeding. He filed a motion to suppress evidence seized by the arresting officer. The trial court held a hearing on May 10, 2001, and denied the motion.
