Defendant appeals from convictions for unlawful possession of a controlled substance (PCS), forgery, and racketeering, entered following a plea agreement involving three cases that were consolidated for purposes of sentencing. He argues that the trial court erred in entering a PCS conviction in one of the cases when he pleaded guilty only to a charge of felony driving while suspended (DWS) in that case.
