In three points of error, Amis argues: (1) the trial court erred by not charging the jury on the lesser-included offense of criminally negligent homicide; (2) the trial court abused its discretion in admitting evidence that he possessed a knife and was going to use it on the victim; and (3) the evidence is factually insufficient to support his murder conviction....
