PER CURIAM.

In this pro se appeal, Blackburn contests the trial court's dismissal of his petition for declaratory judgment seeking injunctive relief against the Missouri Board of Probation and Parole. The court dismissed the petition for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted. We affirm.
