Appellant Jesse Dale Fox challenges his conviction and six-year prison sentence for the aggravated sexual assault of his nine-year-old stepdaughter. We hold the trial court reversibly erred by excluding appellant's offer of evidence of similar sexual-abuse allegations made against him by the complainant's young sisters and by preventing cross-examination that would have shown bias of the outcry witness.
